To create cut-outs in panels, our fabrication shop is equipped with essential machinery such as bending and shearing machines, a power press, and a MIG welding machine, complemented by various dies and fixtures.

The welding process is conducted meticulously to ensure the rigidity and correct internal structure of the control panels, aligning with the top 10 electrical panel standards in India.

For finishing, we employ a 7-tank powder coating process that includes high-quality spray guns and a heating oven. Once the fabrication of the electrical panel enclosure is completed, it undergoes a precise series of steps.

Firstly, it is cleaned in a Degreasing Bath and rinsed with fresh water. Secondly, the panel cabinet undergoes a de-rusting Bath, followed by a thorough water rinse. Lastly, it goes through a Phosphating Bath and another water rinse to ensure a high-quality finish.
